OMG. 4 hours of practice (2hrs league, 2hrs team) = death.

But a good death. But I may not be able to walk tomorrow.

The more I do this, the easier it will be.

More bout pics!

We fuckin' rock! I am the 2 from the right, on the bottom row

Ok, a little back story behind this next one. This skater got elbowed in the face, and fell, and freaked the fuck out and punched the girl who hit her in the neck, then threatened this other  girl in the crowd (who was a member of the league who was playing OUR leagues other team). This is her getting shouted at by the ref, and then a few seconds later our bigger coach came along and LIFTED HER UP and pulled her in to our sitting area. Bad ass derby action!

Aaaaaah!! Too much caffeine!! :( :( :(

I picked up Safeways version of a VitaWater on my way home from practice tonight, and after I drank more than half of it, I realized that there was caffeine in it. BOOO!! Thats what I get for not reading the label better. All I saw was that it was orange flavor, and 0 calories, and I was like "I'm in"!

I went to the 9:30 practice in Bremerton for the first time tonight, and it was awesome. I usually practice in Port Orchard because its closer to home (11mi, instead of the 22 it takes to get to Brem.), but our bout that is in (yikes!) 3 weeks is @ Skateland, so I figured I'd better take it upon myself to start getting used to the floor there. Skateland rocks because it has the classic wooden floor (as upposed to the stupid sport court floor sk8town has). But seriously, the best part of the night was that when I first got there they were finishing up an open skate session, and it was all the kind of pre-teens you'd expect to be hanging out @an open skate on a Wed night  in Bremerton. The last song of the night that they played was this ridiculous, insanely popular (for some reason) rap song called 'Soldja Boy' that has an even more ridiculous "dance" that goes along with it, and there was a group of about 12-15 kids ages 6-14 all doing this dance. It was great!! I only wish my phone was handy, I would have totaly recorded that!! And people thought the Macarena was stupid when I was that age...

Anywho, I have more energy right now than I've had in months (maybe even a year or two), and I have to get up @8:45 for work, which sucks. Stupid stupid Safeway drink!!!
